Qualified nonprofit organizations are eligible to mail
at nonprofit postage rates, which is a significant discount from regular bulk
rates. (The organization is required to be on file with the U.S.P.S.)
The following types of organizations may qualify:
- Religious
- Educational
- Scientific
- Philanthropic (Charitable)
- Agricultural
- Labor
- Veterans
- Fraternal
